We are web designers based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and we do things a little differently than most other web design agencies.

For starters, most of our clients come to us through recommendation and have usually had a poor experience with websites at some time in their past… We feel that that isn’t too cool for our industry so we make it our mission to improve the lives of every client we deal with.

More than just Website Design

We take website design seriously and we know that it involves a lot more than just  building and designing a great looking website. There are other things to consider too. So before we get started we ask a few questions and try to grasp what the clients expects of their website. This gives us a goal to build to and helps us to put a strategy in place that flows through the whole build.

 

Marketing is King

Marketing is key to great a website design but it is an overused and very broad term, so let me explain how we see it. A client needs to reach a target market with a product or service and it is the job of the website to deliver as many customers to the client as possible.

 

We have to create action when the client’s customers are browsing. So we have to know what the client is selling, what the clients customer is looking for, where about the clients customer is looking, what words, images, video, call to action will trigger a positive response in a customer and how we can turn that response into a sale for the client… see I told you it’s not just about geeky stuff. A good web designer also knows people and what makes them buy as well as how to get a website in front of them when they are browsing and how to capture their interest.

 

We have to be good at research, marketing, website design, search engine optimisation, social media and most of all we have to be good with people.
